I can't... say for sure, but I don't think it would be up to me to do it, either.

Even if someone had a reason for it, they still-- could have taken a person someone cared about from them. I think that they should at least face that, no matter why they did it.

At the very least... those people should know. I think if anyone has a reason to decide to kill, they have a reason to give to anyone who's wondering, 'why did they have to die'.
