[He's used to it now, given that he's been doing missions all over the world for years--but he gets it. He still remembers what it felt like to see the sky for the first time, after he'd broken out of the lab. It's a sight he hates, but that doesn't make its vastness any less overwhelming.]

It's... best for us to largely go undiscovered, though. We have restrictions on the use of Reliver technology, so that it's only used on individuals who fully consent, but if other nations knew of it... w-well, we don't really have a military presence to speak of.
